What is EMB Archive?
EMB Archive is an ongoing series of embroidered garment releases by Ellie Sweeney. Each release forms part of a growing collection of wearable pieces, produced in limited editions, one-offs and made-to-order runs.
What is the difference between Ready to Ship and Made to Order?
Ready to Ship pieces have already been embroidered and are available immediately. These garments come from the original physical EMB Archive release and can be posted shortly after purchase.
Made to Order pieces are embroidered after an order is placed. For Drop 1.0, you can choose your garment colour, motif and thread colour before production begins.
How do the drops work?
Each drop is available during a limited ordering window. Orders are collected before production begins, allowing pieces to be embroidered in small batches.
Once the ordering window closes, production begins and orders are completed and dispatched over the following weeks.
How long will my order take?
Ready to Ship pieces are dispatched shortly after purchase.
Made to Order pieces are produced after the drop closes. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and dispatch.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As Made to Order pieces are produced specifically for each order, please check size details on the product page before finalising your order. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order.
What garments do you use?
EMB Archive works with a mixture of workwear, deadstock and second-hand garments depending on the release. Details of individual garments will be listed on each product page.
Will there be future releases?
Yes. EMB Archive is an ongoing collection of embroidered releases. New drops, one-off pieces and selected custom commissions will be announced throughout the year.
